Having a coach like Jen has completely changed my life for the better. I have gained more strength and stability and have learned to manage my daily schedule. Before coaching I was leading a hectic schedule with work and school and had so much anxiety built up inside. I was sleeping 5 hours a day and was constantly feeling drained. Even when I had a little time left for myself I was too tired to enjoy my leisure activities such as reading or walking outside. After going over my schedule with Jen and learning how to manage my time I managed to get at least seven hours sleep daily and had more energy for my daily workouts and even my happiness activities. With my new energy I wanted to do more than just take a walk and took up bike riding with my husband. I haven’t ridden a bike since I was 13 and as a 40 year old I found it challenging to control it and practice. I usually would easily get discouraged and give up but with my new mindset I developed working with an amazing coach, I worked my way through it. I did it because I really wanted to keep up with my new happiness activity that I enjoyed. Now I’m more active with bike riding and find that it is a new enjoyment and stress reliever. I also gained a new healthy activity that my husband and I enjoy doing together which is a fun way to stay fit together. I make better choices and am more confident in my decisions.
