Nothing was the furthest from the truth.

I kept making the same mistakes. I kept failing and NOT forward.?? I was directionless and ended up spending over 10 years of my life chasing a “GOAL” that wasn’t even mine. It was what I thought I had to do in order to be worthy of my fitness titles and identity.
